Policies

  • A large majority of the collections are made using handloom, antique and/or deadstock fabrics and materials. All irregularities, including wear, mending, and stains are part of the story of the fabric and overall garment.

  • We offer free domestic and worldwide shipping for most orders.

    We also offer expedited shipping for orders. Please email hello@maisonaudmi.com for more information.

  • If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of the item being received by you. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. All items are exchangeable for store credit only. Once the item has been received by us, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment.

    Store credits are valid for one year from the date they were issued.

    Please note that the shipping costs for returns are not covered by us.

    Exchanges can be accommodated on a case by case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.

  • We take pride in making beautiful clothes that fit just right. We’re happy to provide alterations for all of our garments free of charge. Please feel free to reach out for all inquiries at hello@maisonaudmi.com

    Please note that repairs are approved on a case by case basis.

  • All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.
